Thank you for your attention to maintaining our sessions and to your commitment to your growth.  I love being along for the ride on the journey of your development!

A few tips & tricks to help you plan and keep your commitments to our work:
  • Our sessions are arranged as Google calendar appointments.  The system should integrate seamlessly into any calendar that syncs to Google.  
  • All appointments are in my zoom room. Sometimes Google drops a random Google Meet link – we will always use zoom. Here’s the link: bit.ly/clpzoom
  • You can set reminders for our sessions in whatever way you desire. The original appointment generated from my end does not set reminders for you.
  • Appointments on our calendar that are not cancelled withing 48 business hours of our session will be counted in your package – even if you have not accepted them officially.  Please be sure to update your appointments accordingly.
  • If you have a designee who helps keep your calendar, please share the parameters of our expectations for calendaring.
Rescheduling appointments:

From time to time, you may need to shift your appointment.  No problem!  That’s what the link to the appointment calendar is for!

  • Use the link in each appointment to view my appointment calendar and set a new appointment.  Once you have set a new appointment, you should cancel the original appointment.
  • If you forget to cancel the original appointment, it will be tallied in your engagement package – the system does not cancel it for you nor alert me to do so.
  • Please ensure any rescheduled appointment is set during your engagement period.  Appointments beyond the engagement contract period will be invoiced as a single-appointment session outside your engagement package.
